Lawyering and the Rule of Law: An Australian Account.

On 6th and 8th November 2018, The Australian Embassy and the Vietnam Bar Federation held the Loseby Lectures 2018 in HCMC and Hanoi, respectively. The events were organized with the support from Dragon Capital.

This year, the 4th Loseby lecture on the Rule of Law were delivered by Prof. Pip Nicholson, Dean of Melbourne Law School. Professor Nicholson spoke on “Lawyering and the Rule of Law: An Australian Account”. The lectures attracted over 380 lawyers, legal professionals, and law students at both sessions in HN and HCMC.
