Dien Vu, Portfolio Manager of Dragon Capital’s VEIL fund, represented the company at the corporate governance workshop on the duties and evaluations of Board of Directors (BoDs), sharing his experience with BoD compensation after years of sitting on the boards of several companies, and joining the panel discussion later on.

This large-scale workshop was hosted by the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and sponsored by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Participants included HNX-listed companies and speakers from the Stock Exchange of Thailand, SSC, CFVG, DC, HNX, etc.
