Key responsibilities:

1. Organization development and employee relations:

  • Review and analyze work processes, workloads, workflow and functional inter-relationships to identify ways to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develops and presents to Head of HR and Admin amended organizational structuresand staffing models; recommend work process changes as and when needed;
  • Study, in cooperation with line managers, the annual training and staff developmentneeds of respective departments and make the annual proposal of training plans
  • Develop, propose and implement, subject to the approval by the Head of HR and Admin,annual HR plans to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the Company
  • Explore the needs and to recommend annual work-life balance programs for employees

2. Talent and performance management:

  • Identify and analyze critical workforce requirements (skills, competencies,…) againstinternal and external labor markets, design interventions to fill the gaps and propose theannual plan to achieve/ to improve and to align with business needs.
  • Assist department head to build training plans for talent employees for reskill/ upskilland lead the execution of agreed professional development plans
  • Develop job requirements and job descriptions for new positions for hiring plans subjectto agreed hiring plans of related departments
  • Assist department head to monitor the performance management metrics, performanceappraisal processes in cooperation with line managers and to report to Head of HR andAdmin for critical issues if any

3. HR audit and compliance:

  • Develop and analyze HR data for periodical HR reports.
  • Annually review and update HR policies, procedures, documentation, and systems andpropose changes as and when necessary to improve the services of the HR team.
  • Identify HR practices and procedures to comply with best practices of the company andpropose a plan in place to prevent risks promptly, if any and/or lessen their impact.

Skills and qualification required:

  • Able to extend the scope of responsibilities as and when needed.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to environmental changes, increase employee motivation and engagement, and create an innovative work environment
  • Having passion to foster a professional and ethical working style would be a plus.
  • At least obtaining bachelor’s degree in business administration or laws.
  • Excellent English skills both in writing and speaking and strong communications skill.
  • Good presentation skill is a plus.
  • Excellent in Ms Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly time management and detailed oriented.

Experience required:

  • 10+ years experience in HR general with at least 5+ years in middle management level; candidates who have been working experience in multi-national companies are preferrable.
