Key Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing and business development team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns targeting bank channels, aligned with business objectives and bank partner requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and bank partners to define campaign objectives, messaging, target audience, and success metrics.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, budgeting, creative development, and production.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling campaign assets that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with bank customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, analyzing data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with bank partners to align campaign execution and leverage their marketing resources and channels effectively.
  • Keep track of distributors’ sales activities and relevant obligations to distributors
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting banks, and apply this knowledge to enhance campaign strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align campaign objectives and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Skills and qualification required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of bank marketing channels, strategies, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and bank partners.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative marketing approaches that drive results.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality campaigns that align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Experience required:

  • 5 years of experience in marketing at bank, with strong focus on the affluent segments.
