An MOU for Three Years of Technical Assistance to State Securities Commission

In early March 2014, Dragon Capital signed an MOU for three years Technical Assistance to the State Securities Commission (SCC), focussing on indices, derivatives, and English language assistance along with legal documentation and website design. Dragon Capital is committed to providing genuine assistance through a combination of experienced personnel, and our own and others’ expertise. It also showed a clear demonstration of our commitment to capacity and institution building in the securities industry. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Vu Bang, Chairman of the State Securities Commission (SSC) expressed his appreciation towards the contribution of Dragon Capital to the financial markets of Vietnam over the past years and added that the cooperation between SCC and the Company in promoting technical assistance will stimulate the development of the stock exchange for years to come.
