Senior Associate Director, Partnership Distribution
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across DCVFM’s full range of investment products and solutions, including OEF, discretionary solutions (UTĐT), pension and other products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior management and key decision-makers of banks, securities companies and other distribution partners in Northern Vietnam.
- Identify and acquire new partners and business relationships to expand DCVFM’s distribution network and sales opportunities.
- Develop sales plans and business pipelines for assigned clients and partners and take ownership of opportunities from origination through onboarding.
- Act as DCVFM’s senior representative for HNW clients in Northern Vietnam, including client acquisition, relationship management and investment updates.
- Lead pension business development in Northern Vietnam, including sourcing corporate prospects, meeting senior management/HR stakeholders and coordinating proposals and onboarding.
- Ensure all sales and client activities comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong sales, relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives, corporate decision-makers and HNW clients.
- Strong understanding of investment products and Vietnam’s financial services market.
Experience required:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Securities, Partnership Development or related financial services.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, partnership development and achieving sales/AUM targets.
- Strong network and experience in the Northern Vietnam market are preferred.
