Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the PO to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements — no Business Analyst in between.
  • Break down features into requirements and produce design concepts before building.
  • Pair-develop with AI tools to accelerate implementation and problem-solving.
  • Write and maintain automation tests; update requirements to reflect what automation testing reveals.
  • Collaborate with the PO to trace, reproduce, and resolve bugs.
  • Perform standard security practices as part of normal development.
  • Self-manage your own timeline, priorities, and delivery commitments.

Skills and qualifications

(1) Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Database management and Responsive languages.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools for coding, design, testing, and translating solutions into a suitable tech stack.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tech stacks — or leverage AI to adapt to them.
  • Wide and deep technical knowledge across the development lifecycle (requirements → design → dev → test).
  • Highly responsible and responsive; strong ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for direct, effective collaboration with a non-technical PO.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a lean team with minimal process overhead.

(2) Preferrable

  • Experience shipping products without a traditional BA/QA layer.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to regulatory or security-sensitive environments (a plus given the finance/securities focus).
