– Main job purpose:     Provide support to HR & Admin Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and attending to visitors at the reception area
  • Undertaking the switchboard and maintaining the smooth operation of the telephone system in the office
  • Being in charge of sending and receiving correspondences, packages
  • Undertaking to subscribe newspaper upon instructions from supervisor
  • Collecting correspondences at the mailbox of Me Linh Point and delivering twice a day
  • Ordering flowers and checking its monthly bills
  • Delivering newspapers in accordance with working shift
  • Undertaking stationery order for office use upon request
  • Following up cleaning services issues and its performance
  • Providing supports such as event or seminar registration for DC staff upon request
  • Providing other clerical and administrative supports to the team upon request

Skills and qualification required

  • College graduation or above
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Careful, attention to details and team oriented

Experience required

  • At least 1-year experience in the similar position
