  • Main job purpose: On the basis of the plan to be agreed with Sale Director, to raise fund from domestic investor segment via multiple channels, predominantly commercial banks, insurance brokers and distribution partnerships

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all sales activities on assigned channels
  • Monitor information of the assigned business channels and report to Sales Director
  • Provide effective supports to assigned channels via regular market updates, organization of investment seminars, relationship managers (RM) training, supports RM in sales activities, sales contests to push sales
  • Update investment status and relevant information to investors
  • Support Sales Director to acquire new distributors, increase sales capacity of assigned channels and maintain relationship of assigned distributors
  • Develop sales plan of assigned channels and submit to Sales Director for review
  • Be the key contact of clients of assigned channels for all queries and conveys to Customer Service
  • Monitor the marketing activities to make sure marketing activities are aligned to the assigned channels
  • Conduct market survey on new product ideas on assigned channels

Skills and qualification required

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Dynamic, creative, professional, with ability to work under high pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as to work as a team
  • Ability to solve issues with high degree of speed and accuracy
  • Average proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy in office software and applications.

Experience required

  • At least 2-year experience in working for commercial banks, preferred in Premier Banking division, or for insurance companies.
