Held on 25–26 August 2026 in HCMC and Hanoi, the 2026 Loseby Lectures brought together nearly 300 UK and Vietnamese leaders across government, legal, financial, academic, and business sectors. These annual series are organised by British Chamber of Commerce Vietnam and sponsored by Dragon Capital, with the support of the British Embassy Hanoi and the British Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City.
During the dialogue sessions on the Rule of Law and International Financial Centre, UK Supreme Court Justice Lord Richard Snowden, Mr. Andrew Oldland KC, and other speakers shared various perspectives on the role of a clear, stable, and predictable legal framework in strengthening investor confidence and supporting sustainable economic growth.
