  • + Provide desk research on specific industries and targeted companies
    + Produce research reports on targeted companies
    + Assist DC Research team in pre-investment and post-investment jobs
    + Preparing financial analyses and models to aid in investment decisions

Organisational Development Manager
  • Position: Organisational Development Manager
  • No. of vacancy: 1
  • Work location: Dragon Capital Rep Office, 1501 Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Main job purpose:
  • + To lead new product development initiatives
    + To drive the development of integrated Front-to-Back investment operations system, including development of a centralized data warehouse and optimization of investment operations system
    + To lead initiatives and development of performance analytics, middle office and/or data management
    + To support the development of an enhanced operational risk control system
    + To support selected initiatives sponsored either by COO Fund Operations or CEO

  • Key responsibilities:

  • + To drive new investment product initiatives such as futures and options that require a wide collaboration of different such as Investment Execution, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Risk as well as external parties such as custodian and brokerage firms
    + To support the new product development project team in setting up investment funds, SMAs and/or investment structures
    + To analyze and improve operational functions and processes including reviewing existing system functionalities and assisting with managing the implementation of new enhancement/tools where appropriate
    + To identify opportunities for optimization and automation of data generation both for internal and external reports
    + To be responsible for the control and co-ordination of the investment operations processes duly incorporating risk and compliance requirements
    + To be responsible for ensuring that appropriate controls are in place in order to support a high quality service
    + To support the development of performance analytics to further improve quality and efficiency
    + To ensure that structure and culture of departments support the delivery of high quality services as well as excellent client services
    + To participate in the development of an enhanced operational risk control system to ensure that all operations risks are monitored and managed effectively
    + To be responsible for ensuring that any opportunities to enhance efficiency in the Investment Operations area are identified and implemented
    + To represent Fund Operations to both existing clients and potential clients
    + To assume any selected initiatives sponsored either by COO Fund Operations and/or CEO

  • Skills and qualification required:

  • + Bachelor or higher degree in economics, accounting, finance, or related field
    + Excellent interpersonal skills displaying a collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done
    + Demonstrated leadership abilities and vision in managing projects or initiatives
    + Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive change; must be comfortable dealing with senior management
    + Effective written and verbal communication skills
    + Ability to work effectively on multiple projects under tight deadlines
    + Broad knowledge base and experience with extensive understanding of regulatory markets, financial services industry products, processes and best practices
    + To support selected initiatives sponsored either by COO Fund Operations or CEO.

  • Experience required:

  • + Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field at a large financial institution, preferably at an asset management firm
