Receptionist
  • Position: Receptionist
  • No. of vacancy: 1
  • Work location: Dragon Capital Rep Office, 1501 Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Main job purpose: Provide support to HR & Admin Team

  • Key responsibilities:

  • + Receiving and attending to visitors at the reception area
    + Undertaking the switchboard and maintaining the smooth operation of the telephone system in the office
    + Being in charge of sending and receiving correspondences, packages
    + Undertaking to subscribe newspaper upon instructions from supervisor
    + Collecting correspondences at the mailbox of Me Linh Point and delivering twice a day
    + Ordering flowers and checking its monthly bills
    + Delivering newspapers in accordance with working shift
    + Undertaking stationery order for office use upon request
    + Following up cleaning service issues and its performance
    + Providing supports such as event or seminar registration for DC staff upon request
    + Providing other clerical and administrative supports to the team upon request

  • Skills and qualification required:
  • + College graduation or above
    + Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
    + Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    + Ability to work under high pressure
    + Careful, attention to details and team oriented

  • Experience required:

  • + 2-3 years of experience as of similar position

Analyst
  • Position: Analyst
  • No. of vacancy: 2
  • Work location: Dragon Capital Rep Office, 1501 Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

  • Key responsibilities:

  • + Preparing financial analyses and models to aid in investment decisions
    + Keeping up to date with market developments, new investment products and all other areas that can affect the markets, e.g. movements in the economies of relevant countries
    + Drafting and writing research reports for fund manager or client use
    + Meeting with and providing information to fund managers; this might include, summaries of research, investment ideas, key events from the proceeding day as well as key drivers for the day ahead
    + Making recommendations to fund managers, being able to position ideas and articulate to the fund manager about the risk or payoff for each recommendation

  • Skills and qualification required:

  • + Bachelor Degree in Financial or Economics
    + Strategic thinking and great presentation skills
    + Excellent time management and organizational ability
    + Strong communication skills in speaking and writing to give out a timely and accurate investment recommendations.
    + Willingness to take-up new challenges to learn and expand knowledge base to diversified sectors.
    + Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

  • Experience required:


  • + At least 1-3 years of experience in listed equity research or private equity with deep understanding of financial statements and models.
    + Demonstrate high integrity in dealing with all stakeholders.
