    HSC is a securities company incorporated in Vietnam in which Dragon Capital became an investor in September 2005. HSC has since evolved into one of the top five securities firms in Vietnam.

  • Prasac Microfinance Institution

    Prasac Microfinance Institution

    PRASAC is a licensed micro-finance institution operating in Cambodia and is registered with the Ministry of Commerce as a private limited liability company. Its activities began as an offshoot of the PRASAC Credit Association (PCA), which was managed and funded by the European Union. PCA was initially established in 1995 as a support program for the agricultural sector in Cambodia, covering six provinces around Phnom Penh.
