Our Company
Dragon Capital Group is an integrated investment group centred around the emerging financial markets of Vietnam.
Established in 1994 from an initial base of US$16m and eight
staff, at December 2012, Dragon Capital managed around
US$1.1bn with a headcount in excess of 100. We have offices in Ho
Chi Minh City, Hanoi (registered with Vietnam's SSC), the United
Kingdom (regulated by the FSA), Bangkok and Hong Kong (registered
with SFC).
Our Staff
Vietnamese and foreign professionals
cover all significant asset classes (public and private equity,
fixed income, resources, property and clean development); with
extensive skill sets (client service, economics, investment
modeling, origination, legal, mid-office, valuation and
governance).
Ownership
The Company is owned by present and
former management and staff, with the World Bank's International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the
French Government's development finance entity, Proparco also having shareholdings.

intermediator of capital by providing attractive returns to
investors, value to companies, and a desirable workplace for
employees. To perform these with absolute professionalism and
integrity, driven by a long-term commitment to the sustainable
development of the environment, society and economy of Vietnam.
