ESG report from Clearpath analysis
Dragon contributed to ClearPath
Analyses' "Environmental, Social and Governance Investing" and the
Special Case Study "Vietnam in Focus; ESG on the Ground". This is
an online report which can be downloaded for free and is
distributed to international institutional investors. The report
allows institutional investors to explore environment, social and
governance issues surrounding their investment decisions and

Dragon Capital Scholarship Programme for students of
economic universities
Society is one of four
focused pillars on CRS strategy of Dragon Capital. Bearing this in
mind, we have developed a Dragon Capital Scholarship Programme
which first launched at three selected economic universities on 7
October 2011. Twenty-three outstanding students with difficult life
situations have been screened out by Student Committees to join the
ceremony and receive financial aids.
On this occasion, Dragon
Capital also provided a brief lecture on CSR and sustainability to
the students. The discussions has provided Vietnamese students the
opportunity to enhance their knowledge and understanding of
sustainable development's best practices. The programme is expected
to run annually in fulfilling our CSR strategy focuses.

GreenBiz 2011 is a
two-day Conference and Exhibition event taking place on the
15-16 September 2011. It was organized by the European Chamber of
Commerce in Vietnam ("EuroCham") in partnership with the Ministry
of Industry and Trade ("MOIT"), the Vietnam Chamber
of Commerce and Industry ("VCCI") and the Investment & Trade
Promotion Centre in Ho Chi Minh City ("ITPC").
The GreenBiz 2011 Conference
offered a platform for leading figures from both public and private
sectors to discuss Vietnam's current challenges on climate changes,
how to minimise the damage to the environment and providing
feasible opportunities for cleaner solutions such as sustainable
cities, environmentally friendly technologies, green investments
and sustainable strategies for transportation and
manufacturing.

Dragon Capital's on-going
commitment towards sustainable development recognized in 2011
Financial Times ("FT") and IFC Sustainable Finance Awards, which
was held in London on 16 June 2011
Dragon Capital has been part of
Vietnam's renovation process since its establishment in 1994. The
Company was honoured as a nominee for the prestigious FT/IFC
Sustainable Finance Awards 2011 in the Sustainable Asset Manager of
the Year category.

The FT/IFC Sustainable Finance
Awards evolved out of the FT Sustainable Banking Awards which over
the past five years became the world's leading award for banks and
other institutions focused on sustainable development. The 2011
Awards attracted a record 187 entries from 161 institutions in 61
countries.
